About Dhakuri Trek:
Dhakuri is a high altitude meadow and a popular destination among the snow, nature and mountain lovers.
Dhakuri is covered with snow in the winters and is an amazing sight to see and experience. Dhakuri is one of the best and easiest trek for both beginners and old aged.
December, January and February is ideal time for snowfall in Dhakuri and the Pindari valley. This trek can be done throughout the year.

DETAILED ITINERARY OF DHAKURI TREK KATHGODAM TO KATHGODAM:
We pick you up early in the morning from Kathgodam Railway station and drive from Kathgodam to Bageshwar via almora.Bageshwar is situated at the confluence of river Saryu, Gomati. Today explore bageshwar. Overnight stay in Bageshwar.
Day2- Bageshwer to Dhakuri 54Km Drive and 4km. Trek Approx.
Today After breakfast we move early for Dhakuri via jeep to Kharkiya Village. After reaching kharkiya we will trek to Dhakuri. The trek is surrounded by evergreen trees like oak, horse chestnut and rhododendron. The trek distance is 4 km from kharkiya to Dhakuri.
Day 3- Trek to Chilta devi Temple. (Trek 3-4Km, 5Hrs Approx)
After breakfast we will trek to chilta devi temple. It is a high point of the area and from here you can see the mesmerizing view of Himalaya. You can see Mt. Macktoli, Mt. Changujh, Mt. Nandakot, Mt. Pawali Dwar etc.
Day 4: Dhakuri to Bageshwer and Kathgodam.
On the last day of the tour, we will have breakfast early in the morning and afterwards, we will trek to kharkiya the last road head point. Here we board on pre-arranged jeeps. From here we will leave by road for Bageshwer. After that you will continue your drive to Kathgodam /Haldwani. After reach Kathgodam its time to say bye to all of you, Trip ends here with unforgettable memories.
How to get to Kathgodam:
The Kathgodam station is one of the main stations in the district and it is an old station. It has good connectivity to many places and these include Lucknow, Delhi, and Howrah.
By Flight: Kathgodam does not have an airport.Nearest airport is Pantnager Airport 30km From Kathgodam. Kathgodam is 184 km away from Dehra Dun Airport. Kathgodam is 239 km away from Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi,
By Train: You can easily get regular trains to Kathgodam Railway Station from other major cities of the country.From Delhi take the Ranikhet Express (5014) Dep. Delhi at 10:40pm arrival Kathgodam at 5:30am (Overnight Journey) or the Uttar sampark kranti (5035) Dep. Delhi at 4:00pm arrival Kathgodam at 10:40pm (6 hrs.40min.Journey).From Dehardun take the Doon Express (4120) Dep. Dehardun at 10:30 pm arrival Kathgodam at 7:10 pm (8hrs.journey)
By Bus: - Regular buses ply from ISBT Delhi Anand Vihar station to Kathgodam. Buses that go to Nainital stops at Haldwani which is a twin town of Kathgodham (8 hrs. Journey)

Payment Policy:
In the event of cancellation of trek/adventure activity services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
Cancellation between 23 days and 14 days to the start of the trek get 70% refund.
Cancellation between 13 days and 10 days to the start of the trek get 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 09 days to the start of the trek No cash refund.
