About Andaman island      

The Andaman Islands are an Indian archipelago in the Bay of Bengal. These roughly 300 islands are known for their palm-lined, white-sand beaches, mangroves and tropical rainforests. Coral reefs supporting marine life such as sharks and rays make for popular diving and snorkeling sites. Indigenous Andaman Islanders inhabit the more remote islands, many of which are off limits to visitors.

Cancellation Policy 

• If the trip is cancelled within 21 days of the travel date, 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided.
• If the trip is cancelled more than 21 days before the travel date, 50% cancellation charges will apply. The remaining eligible amount (if any) will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

Important Notes:

• Airline tickets, train tickets, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other non-refundable services will be charged as per the respective service provider's cancellation policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving the cancellation request and after the suppliers process the refund.
• Cancellation requests will be considered valid only if received in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or any force majeure event, cancellations and refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

Terms & Conditions

1. A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
2. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, fuel surcharge, tolls, entry fees, or government levies after booking will be borne by the guest.
4. Hotel check-in/check-out timings and room allocation are subject to the respective hotel's policies.
5. Standard hotel check-in is generally after 2:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM (may vary by hotel).
6. Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID. For international travel, a valid passport, visa, and other required travel documents are mandatory.
7. AdmiredWorld Travel acts only as a booking facilitator for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners. We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Any additional expenses arising due to flight delays, weather conditions, landslides, political disturbances, or force majeure events shall be borne by the guest.
9. Any unused services included in the package are non-refundable.
10. Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle by the guest shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
11. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for better protection against unforeseen circumstances.
12. The itinerary may be modified due to weather, operational requirements, government restrictions, or safety reasons. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
